Job Title / Designation: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development Intern with a strong focus on CRM management and process support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining structured workflows, and supporting business growth initiatives through organized systems. This will be a 3-month internship which can be converted to full time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client, studio, and project information
- Track incoming inquiries and potential opportunities within the VFX pipeline
- Research production houses, studios, and OTT platforms for potential collaboration
- Organize and segment client data based on geography, project type, and service requirements (Roto, Paint, Comp, etc.)
- Monitor communication history, follow-ups, and engagement timelines in the CRM
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, company profiles, and bid documentation
- Support coordination between business development and production team
- Identify gaps in data/processes and suggest improvements for better workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and data organization skills
- Basic understanding of the VFX pipeline (Roto, Paint, Compositing, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Education: Recently completed a degree
