Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Medikloud, you will drive growth across hospitals and healthcare providers through a mix of market research, strategic outreach, relationship building, and on-ground execution. You will work closely with leadership, product, and growth teams to expand Medikloud's presence through consultative, solution-led selling.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify target hospitals, clinics, specialties, and decision-makers
● Generate and manage leads through research-driven outreach, referrals, and field engagement
● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital stakeholders
● Convert opportunities through demos, pilots, onboarding, and deal closures
● Represent Medikloud on-ground while gathering market, competitor, and customer insights
● Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
● 1–4 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, pharma, medical devices, or healthtech
● Comfortable with on-ground hospital and doctor interactions
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Self-driven and adaptable, with a strong interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment
