Transitials is looking for a Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to support strategic growth initiatives across HR Consulting, Oracle HCM, and Digital Transformation services
What You'll Do
- As a Business Development Intern, you will:
- Assist in end-to-end sales support activities—from lead research to follow-ups.
- Help identify new business opportunities across India.
- Support senior team members in engaging with clients and preparing pitch decks.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
- Contribute to creating sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- We're seeking interns who are:
- MBA/BBA students or recent graduates (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Passionate about business development, consulting, and client engagement.
- Strong in communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Curious, energetic, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic business analytics.
