Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, for the three (3) zones of New Delhi - West, East and Central Delhi.

We expect the following:

  1. Hard core on-ground execution, with laser focus on distribution expansion, deepening of distribution in existing vends and clear focus on tertiary sales.
  2. Develop and manage the secondary and tertiary sales of the assigned area with clear attention on visibility/space on shelf across all 3 variants.
  3. Assess/monitor/report the performance of the team and competition brands.
  4. Lead a team of executives and promoters to develop the area as per the AOP.
  5. Develop and manage the retailers in the designated area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales development, market analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Strong team management.
  • Familiarity with the spirits, beverages.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
