Our platform combines multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) with hyper-personalized AI-driven messaging to help sales teams focus on what matters: building relationships and closing deals.

We're a fast-growing startup with an 8-person engineering team, emerging from our MVP phase and launching our go-to-market strategy targeting mid-market SaaS and technology companies across the US market. This is your chance to join at the ground floor and shape how B2B sales teams work.

The Role

Tario is hiring Business Development Interns / Junior BDRs — recent graduates (or about to graduate) who are hungry, outgoing, and want to break into tech sales fast. You'll learn the craft of outbound from the ground up: how to research accounts, write outreach that actually gets replies, get on the phone with US decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for our AEs.

This is not a fetch coffee internship. From week one, you'll own a prospect list, run outbound campaigns, and have your numbers on the board. Top performers convert to full-time BDR roles with a clear path to AE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and research target account lists across US SaaS and technology companies
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach using Tario's own platform
  • Conduct real conversations with US sales leaders, understand their pain points, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Test messaging, sequences, and outreach angles, bringing data-driven insights back to the team
  • Participate in discovery calls, demos, and pipeline reviews to accelerate learning
  • Own weekly activity metrics and monthly meetings-booked targets from day one
Required Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or final-semester student (0 to 1.5 years out of college)
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester) in any discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership or initiative in college through student council, fest organizing, debate, MUN, sports captaincy, entrepreneurship cell, college startup, club leadership, or team management
  • Outgoing and high-energy personality with genuine enjoyment of talking to people, including strangers and senior professionals
  • Excellent spoken and written English with neutral accent suitable for US buyer conversations
  • Comfortable with phone conversations and cold calling
  • Hungry to learn, earn, and grow in a high-ceiling sales career
  • Coachable mindset with ability to take feedback quickly and implement changes
Preferred Skills
  • Internship or short stint at a SaaS, tech, sales, consulting, or startup company
  • Public speaking experience through debate, MUN, pitch competitions, or stage presentations
  • Entrepreneurial experience running a campus venture, side hustle, or selling products/services at scale (events, sponsorships, etc.)
  • Active presence on LinkedIn or experience building in public
  • Curiosity about AI technology and the future of outbound sales
