Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern (Client Acquisition) to join our team at SIDA Technologies. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are enthusiastic about business growth, client communication, and driving new opportunities in the tech industry.

As a Business Development Intern, your primary focus will be on identifying, approaching, and bringing in new clients for our core services - Website Development, Web App Development, Software Development, and Mobile App Development. You may also occasionally prepare brief reports or maintain lists of the clients and leads you have reached out to.

This is a performance-based role, where compensation and incentives will be tied to the number and quality of clients you successfully onboard. Exceptional performers may be offered a long-term or full-time position at SIDA Technologies.

Success in this position looks like consistently meeting outreach goals, generating qualified client leads, maintaining organized communication records, and contributing to SIDA's growth through effective business networking.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and connect with potential clients across multiple sectors who require digital and software solutions.
  2. Pitch SIDA Technologies services confidently through calls, emails, or meetings.
  3. Generate and manage a pipeline of leads and client prospects.
  4. Prepare brief weekly reports on client outreach and progress.
  5. Coordinate with the internal tech and design teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
  6. Stay informed about trends in technology, software, and digital marketing to identify potential market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a business-oriented mindset.
  2. Ability to understand and explain basic concepts of web, app, and software development.
  3. Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized in managing outreach activities.
  4. Comfortable using digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRMs, or outreach platforms.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid environment.
  6. Open to college students and recent graduates.

Bonus (Not Required but Nice to Have):

  1. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition roles.
  2. Familiarity with B2B outreach, LinkedIn networking, or startup ecosystems.
