Role Overview:-

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who wants real exposure in:

  • Community Growth
  • Revenue Systems
  • High-Ticket Conversions
  • Event-to-Sales Funnels
  • Retention Architecture

This is not a theoretical internship.

You will actively participate in converting warm leads into paid members and closing ecosystem service packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Onboarding
  • Onboard new members into the Digital Nomads ecosystem
  • Guide them through orientation & pod allocation
  • Activate engagement within 7 days of joining

Event & Follow-Up Systems
  • Execute structured follow-ups after events
  • Send drip engagement messages
  • Maintain attendance tracking sheets
  • Monitor engagement metrics

Retention & Engagement
  • Reactivate inactive members
  • Build structured touchpoints for retention
  • Maintain relationship-based communication

Revenue & Conversion
  • Convert warm community members into paid membership
  • Drive high-ticket membership upgrades
  • Upsell sprint tickets
  • Support in closing service-based packages
  • Assist in achieving monthly revenue targets
