Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Support the team in identifying and generating new leads.
• Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, or meetings to build relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support sales campaigns.
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics for sales activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas for customer acquisition and retention.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and presenting ideas.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles, CRM tools, or lead-generation platforms.
