What you will do
As a Business Development Intern, you'll support HubCredo's growth initiatives through client outreach, campaign execution, and creative follow-ups combining sales strategy with effective communication and content writing.
You'll succeed in this role if you have a knack for sales, strong communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calling and follow-ups with clients and prospects. This is a major requirement.
- Assist in running and monitoring lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Create and write short, engaging content for outreach and client communication.
- Draft follow-up emails, LinkedIn messages, and outreach templates.
- Take initiative to identify areas of improvement and suggest proactive actions.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency a must).
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or client communication.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to take ownership.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and automation tools.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience in calling, CRM tools and content writing.

- Willing to work 8 hours/day (divided into two 4-hour slots, morning and evening, some overlap with USA time zone)
