We are looking for energetic and self-driven Business Development Interns who want hands-on experience in SaaS sales, marketing outreach, and startup growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Intern. As a Business Development Intern, you will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, assist with lead generation, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business goals. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, contributing to sales strategies, and providing superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (local businesses, agencies, startups)
  • Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Support sales outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Help schedule demos and maintain lead trackers
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with the founders on growth experiments
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Interest in startups, AI, SaaS, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic productivity tools
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
