Job Title: Sales Intern (4 Openings)

About the Role

Fission Infotech is looking for driven and energetic Sales Interns who are eager to kickstart their careers in B2B sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and are interested in learning international sales, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, databases, and online research
  • Conduct cold calls and cold outreach to potential clients
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/tools
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage conversations
  • Support the sales team in pipeline building and outreach strategies

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with international clients
  • Basic understanding of sales/outreach (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
