We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, reaching out to clients through multiple channels, and driving brand visibility across various GEOs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, and exploring creative ways to bring new clients to vroutesHR.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across different industries and geographies.
- Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, social media, calls, and other outreach avenues.
- Generate leads and coordinate introductory calls/meetings.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and outreach trackers.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute growth strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of business outreach, networking, and online research.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly goals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, or lead-gen platforms is a plus.
