Internship Overview:

We are looking for motivated and proactive Business Development Interns who are interested in learning sales outreach, lead generation, and B2B communication in the education and recruitment space. This internship offers hands-on exposure to institutional sales, database creation, and professional communication with colleges and placement authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and create a comprehensive database of colleges and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) across India
  • Identify and verify contact details including official email IDs and phone numbers
  • Conduct outbound sales and introductory calls to TPOs to explain Eval8's offering
  • Assist in lead qualification and follow-ups with interested colleges
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses
  • Support the business development team in expanding institutional partnerships

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/regional language is a plus)
  • Comfortable with phone calls and professional conversations
  • Basic understanding or interest in sales, business development, or ed-tech
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for database management
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn
