Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern (Sales) to support our admissions and outreach operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Explain program details clearly and professionally
  • Identify and qualify leads from inbound/outbound channels
  • Maintain and update CRM records
  • Schedule counselling calls and assist the admissions team
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly enrollment goals

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and messages
  • Interest in sales, counselling, or customer interaction roles
  • Ability to manage time and work with processes
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Students and fresh graduates can apply
