Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills and capability in Market Research
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (BBA, MBA)
• Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge about WhatsApp Chat Bot, CRM, ERP & other web application.
