Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support lead generation, client outreach, and market research initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, CRM tools, and client engagement within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach.
* Support email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM updates.
* Coordinate with internal teams to prepare pitch decks and proposals.
* Track and report business development metrics and progress.
* Attend client calls and take meeting notes when required.
* Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Available to work on-site in Pune.
