Business Development Intern

Bharat Cyber Solutions is one of the 231 organizations in India officially empanelled with CERT-In (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team). Recognized for their expertise in cybersecurity, they are authorized to conduct compliance audits, vulnerability assessments, and various security checks for regulated entities such as banks, NBFCs, and critical infrastructures. Their empanelment is a testament to their technical proficiency, experience, and adherence to national cybersecurity standards. Bharat Cyber Solutions works with regulatory bodies like RBI, SEBI, and other government institutions, playing a critical role in strengthening cybersecurity practices across industries.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Intern. The intern will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, maintaining and building client relationships, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. The individual will also support customer service efforts, ensuring client satisfaction and providing solutions to enhance service delivery.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience for identifying and evaluating business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and information technology services is a plus
