Job Description

Location:South Extension Part 2, New Delhi

Duration:6 Months

Stipend:8,000/- per month

About the Role:

Arete Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedBusiness Development Internto support our growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to market research, client acquisition strategies, documentation, and CRM management. You will work closely with the Business Development team to contribute to projects that expand our client base and strengthen business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Assist in developing and executingstrategies for client acquisitionand market expansion.
  • Prepare professionalpresentations, proposals, reports, and other business documents.
  • Support the team in managing and updatingCRM systemswith accurate client data.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, draft minutes, and follow up on client communications.
  • Provide inputs on business strategies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
  • Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity withCRM toolsis a plus.
  • Stronganalytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for business growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge ofdigital marketing, social media platforms, and online lead generation strategies.
  • Prior internship or project experience insales, marketing, or business development.
  • Ability to create engaging business content and contribute to marketing campaigns.
