Job Description

Role: Business Development Intern (On-site, New Delhi)

This is an on-site internship focused on outbound sales outreach for a product development consultancy serving domestic and international clients. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with a clear path to a full-time position for the right person.

What you'll do

  • Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting international prospects
  • Research and build prospect lists based on targeting criteria
  • Track campaign performance, response rates, and pipeline activity
  • Follow up with prospects and manage early-stage conversations

What we're looking for

  • Strong written English. You'll be writing to CTOs, founders, and engineering leads in the US and Europe.
  • Comfort with data and tracking. You'll need to log activity, spot patterns, and communicate results clearly.
  • Self-starter mentality. You'll get a playbook and targets, but you need to run without daily hand-holding.
  • Curiosity about B2B sales, outbound marketing, or growth roles
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's/master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or email outreach platforms is a plus but not required
