We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with 4-6 years of experience in the insurance sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
