- The candidate will hold the portfolio in the Aadyam Handwoven team as Business Development Head . The main deliverables will be as below
- Creating a network of Corporate & bulk gifting opportunities for the products of Aadyam Handwoven
- The role will be responsible for pitching & delivering B2B bulk orders for gift packs and related bulk enquiries and will. be responsible to meet the revenue target of FY 26 and thereon.
- The person will be responsible to sell the USP of the brand and create an audience set with his connects & goodwill and value appreciation and garnering orders for the categories that the brand has to offer .
- The typical order sizes will be 100-500 pcs and will be a combination or single category as per Aadyam portfolio.
- The person is responsible for negotiations keeping our discounting in control on this revenue bucket & will liaison with sourcing & production. & planning team for closure of the order and timely delivery as per negotiated orders.
- The person is responsible to generate a basket of possible partners & buyers assuming a conversion rate of 20%-25%. In effect for every one order he should have a reach out to 5 potential leads.
Experience & Remuneration:
- The candidate must be atleast 8-10 years in Industry with a similar experience in a lifestyle category segment . He/ She needs to be a hardcore sales person with strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders internally as well as a networking person with an outgoing and pleasant personality. Negotiation tools for conversion is key.
- It is best to look for this resource in large brands that operate in this segment and run a parallel B2B channel . Prior understanding of product is good but not mandatory You can target companies like cosmetics and home decor / gifting categories such as Kama / Forest Essentials etc
