Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development professional to work closely with the Founder's Office. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include market research, pitch development, lead generation, negotiating business deals, and collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to implement initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with proven experience in business development, client management, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical abilities for conducting market research, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
