Job Title: Content Strategist

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead content planning and execution across digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling to drive engaging and high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative, influencer, and client servicing teams for campaign execution
- Ideate content formats, scripts, and concepts for brand campaigns and creators
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling
- Present content ideas and strategies to internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of content trends, especially in influencer marketing
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and ideation skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics tools
- Proficiency in content planning tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital/influencer marketing agency
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and brand campaigns
