9 areas of wellness, aiming to bridge gaps between consumers, consultants, and businesses through structured solutions, data insights, and scalable service models. The goal is to create a unified platform that drives measurable wellness outcomes while enabling strong B2B and B2C partnerships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Expert who can take ownership of
growth, partnerships, and revenue pathways from day 1. This is not a support role—it is a
core building role, directly influencing how Hiwox scales across markets and verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard B2B partners (corporates, gyms, institutions, wellness centers)
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for multiple wellness verticals
- Develop revenue models and pricing strategies aligned with different customer segments
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to closure
- Create strategic alliances with consultants, service providers, and ecosystem partners
- Work closely with product and operations teams to align offerings with market demand
- Track and optimize conversion funnels, partnerships, and growth metrics
- Explore new market opportunities and expansion strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business development / sales / partnerships (startup experience preferred)
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and close deals independently
- Experience in B2B sales or ecosystem building
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
- Comfort working in uncertain, zero-to-one environments
- Interest in wellness, consulting, or multi-industry business models
Equity Structure (Important)
- 3–4 discussion rounds to align on role, expectations, and vision
- 1-month structured cohort under NDA to evaluate fit and contribution
- Conversion to core team with cofounder-level ownership potential (role-dependent)
- Equity allocated post initial validation phase and formal agreements
- 5-year vesting structure to ensure long-term alignment
- Monetary compensation activates post funding and company registration
