Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and train the service team to meet or exceed service targets.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  3. Monitor performance and motivate team members to meet sales and service goals.
  4. Conduct outbound communication and meetings with customers to close service requests.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in distribution sales within EDC, fintech, banking, or insurance.
  2. Ability to set, track, and review sales targets for the team.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  4. Knowledge of Excel and experience with customer engagement strategies.
