- Build interest and confidence in Zoople Technologies training programs
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with prospects and drive enrollments through effective communication
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Consistently achieve assigned conversion and performance targets
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or education sector
- IT background or strong understanding of software / technical courses
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality
- Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and student interactions
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
