Industry: Interior Design & Fit-Outs

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our interior design and turnkey fit-out services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client acquisition, and

relationship management, preferably in the interior design, architecture, construction,

or the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and cold calling.

• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, real estate developers, and corporate clients.

• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand project requirements.

• Present company services, design solutions, and project portfolios to prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the design team for proposal preparation and project discussions.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful projects.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM/software.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior design industry.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

• Prior experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Construction, Real Estate, or Building Materials will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
