Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for building professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and business partners.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with prospects.
* Convert leads into successful business opportunities and program enrollments.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and business development activities.
* Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
* Represent the organization at events, seminars, and networking activities.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in BBA or any relevant discipline.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
