Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive for our EdTech organization. The role involves institutional sales by visiting colleges and educational institutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. This is a field sales role requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and educational institutions for institutional sales.
- Generate leads through college visits, cold calling, networking, and references.
- Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to institutions.
- Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BBA / BBM / MBA (Marketing)
- Experience: 02 years (Exposure to institutional sales in EdTech preferred). Freshers welcome.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Open to extensive travel within Coimbatore and other assigned territories, including outstation visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a self-driven attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
