Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our on-site team at our Perintalmanna location in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. You will develop strategies to drive business growth, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and work towards achieving sales and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in market research and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the education sector is an added advantage
