Job Description

Whizz HR is hiring for internal team situated at Andheri East :

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market research.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with HR managers, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals, agreements, and pricing discussions with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry hiring patterns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth execution of mandates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment/staffing industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring terminology is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software.
