Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role in Hyderabad. The role focuses on executing lead generation and outreach efforts, connecting with potential corporate clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for B2B corporate gifting
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Prospect through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Schedule meetings and initiate conversations with decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and share relevant product offerings
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline
- Support deal closure and ensure smooth handover/coordination
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exposure to outbound sales (calls, LinkedIn, email)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales, business development is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities
- Good research and prospecting ability
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and LinkedIn
- Ability to stay consistent with daily outreach targets
- Office presence is mandatory (Saturday WFH only)
Compensation
- CTC: 3.6 5 LPA (based on experience, skills, and interview performance)
- Incentive-based
- Includes PF & other mandatory deductions
- Offer Letter & Annexure will be issued after office visit and discussion with management
