About the Role
WeBeeSocial is looking for a Client Services and Business Development Executive to support lead nurturing, client conversion, and ongoing account growth. This role focuses on working closely with inbound leads, internal strategy teams, and existing clients to translate opportunities into long-term partnerships through strong communication, planning, and execution support.
Key Responsibilities
Nurture inbound leads and support their conversion into active clients through strategic discussions, proposals, and coordinated follow-ups
Support customer onboarding and registration processes across internal teams and client stakeholders
Assist in preparing new customer acquisition summaries and digital growth performance reports
Coordinate internal teams to ensure planned deliveries and timelines are aligned
Research and analyze client business challenges and opportunities across digital channels including social media, Google search, email, video, and affiliate ecosystems
Collaborate with strategy and service teams to ideate and recommend business solutions for both prospective and existing clients
Work closely with creative and design teams to align communication and campaign ideation with client goals
Support the planning and execution of onshore and offshore campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
Assist in client contract discussions, renewals, and relationship management
Support achievement of revenue and appointment goals set by the company through effective lead handling and account coordination
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, WeBeeSocial's services, and the competitive landscape
Use professional platforms such as LinkedIn to engage with prospects, nurture relationships, and represent WeBeeSocial's offerings
Support technology-led projects including websites, web applications, and mobile apps by assisting with wireframing, development coordination, integrations, and QA processes
Required Skills and Qualities
Strong written and spoken English with excellent grammar
Comfort with client communication, presentations, and documentation
Basic understanding of digital marketing and digital platforms
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
Work Setup
This is a hybrid role based out of our Saket office. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office as required.
