Brevitaz builds serious tech, Elasticsearch, AI/ML, data engineering for SaaS companies in the US, UK and Europe. Our engineers are strong. Our clients stay long. What we don't have is someone whose job is to find more of them. That's this role. Business Growth Specialist, based in Ahmedabad.
3-4 years of B2B sales or lead generation, ideally in IT services. You know LinkedIn Sales Navigator well enough to find a VP of Engineering in Berlin who posted about a data problem last Tuesday. You write outreach that sounds like you, not a template. You can talk tech without being a developer and you get curious about the why behind what you're selling.
The day will look like: scanning signals in the morning, writing something worth replying to, getting on calls with technical buyers, keeping the CRM clean. You'll own the outreach process and have room to improve it.
What you won't get: a script, a micromanager, or just hit the number with no context.
What you will get: actual ownership, clients across three continents, and work you'd be comfortable putting your name on.
Bonus if you've sold IT services to US/EU clients, used HubSpot or Salesforce, or have a creative follow-up story that actually worked.
