Role Description

This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. It involves understanding client needs, presenting relevant solutions, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships, while working closely with internal teams to support revenue and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose relevant solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Track new business pipelines, maintain reports, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
