Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing existing accounts to achieve sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, developing strategies for lead generation, and effectively communicating the value of VoIP Office's cloud-based communication solutions to potential clients. The Business Development Executive will work closely with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey solutions to clients and build strong networks.
  • Understanding of business development principles with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, work independently, and proactively create growth strategies for the business.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunication or cloud-based solutions sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
