About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong client relationship management abilities, and a passion for sales and business development within the recruitment and staffing industry.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with US-based clients, build long-term business relationships, and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced staffing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients across the US market.
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate closely with recruitment teams.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with prospective clients.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and client acquisition activities.
  • Knowledge of US Staffing and IT Staffing processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively during US business hours/night shifts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and MS Office applications is an added advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Staffing, Recruitment Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
