Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Business Development Executive to help identify and connect with companies that require IT staffing services. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies hiring IT professionals in India and global markets
- Build and maintain a database of potential staffing clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online research
- Approach IT companies and agencies for staffing and vendor partnerships
- Assist in vendor registration and client onboarding processes
- Maintain lead data in Zoho CRM
- Follow up with prospects to generate business opportunities
- Research hiring trends and competitor staffing agencies
- Support management in building recruitment pipeline
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
- Strong internet research and lead generation skills
- Basic understanding of IT industry or recruitment (preferred)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
- Freshers or 0–2 years experience in sales, HR, or recruitment can apply
- Interest in IT staffing and business development
