Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, leisure, and group travel sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to customize travel packages and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good understanding of travel products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or travel booking systems is an advantage.
  • 13 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary Anywhere between INR 20K-35K Gross depending on Caliber and work experience
