Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, leisure, and group travel sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to customize travel packages and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or travel booking systems is an advantage.
- 13 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
