About the Role

Kickstart your career in sales and business growth with us. As a Business Development Executive, you'll learn how to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients globally, and help grow our brand. No prior experience needed — we'll train you on everything from prospecting to closing deals.

What You'll Do
  • Learn & Execute Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach, with full training provided
  • Market Research: Study industries and markets to spot business opportunities and key decision-makers
  • Client Interaction: Present our products/services to prospects and conduct virtual demos for international clients
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track your leads from first contact to deal closure using CRM tools
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients and support them through their journey with us
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to hit team goals

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. 2022-2026 graduates welcome
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with targets
  • Basic negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in sales/business development
  • Familiarity with MS Office. CRM knowledge is a bonus, not mandatory
  • Must be able to commute to our office in Kharadi, Pune
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
