This on-site, full-time role as a Business Development Executive is based in Tiruchirappalli. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role involves active engagement with clients, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and driving business growth, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Expertise in Business operations and Account Management for overseeing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively present ideas, collaborate with teams, and build relationships
• Proactive and goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is an advantage
