Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts effectively. The candidate will also collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Communication to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Account Management and Business operations to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking and negotiation to secure deals and partnerships that align with business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 0.6-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and familiarity with Salesforce or similar technologies is a plus.
