We're Hiring: Business Development Executive ISR / Lead Generation

Experience: 3-7 Years

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and databases to identify leads
  • Engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level decision-makers
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow lead management processes

Qualifications

  • 37 years in IT services/engineering business development or lead generation (US/North America market)

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones)
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
