Experience: 3-7 Years
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and databases to identify leads
- Engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level decision-makers
- Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow lead management processes
Qualifications
- 37 years in IT services/engineering business development or lead generation (US/North America market)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones)
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
