Job Description

Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive
Job Location: Maduravoyal

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Preferred Candidate Profile:
We encourage applications from candidates who are enthusiastic about business development and can effectively engage with clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Any degree related to business development or sales.
* Willingness to work in a mid-sized company environment.
* Candidates residing within a 3 to 5 km radius of Maduravoyal are preferred.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting targets.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales growth and expand market reach through effective client engagement and relationship management.
* Complete a probation period of 3 months.
* Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers, distributors, bulk buyers, retailers, and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers).
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
* Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer needs in the food manufacturing industry.
* Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
* Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules in line with company policies.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
* Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Collect client feedback to help improve products, services, and delivery processes.
* Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for management review.
