Key Responsibilities
Looking for a dynamic business development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market reach with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- This position includes a probation period of 3 months.
- No PF or ESI is deduction will be made.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers, distributors, bulk buyers, retailers, and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer needs in the food manufacturing industry.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules in line with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collect client feedback to help improve products, services, and delivery processes.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for management review.
