  • Willing to work in a mid size company.
  • Who stays within 3 to 5 km radius around maduravoyal.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting targets.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Looking for a dynamic business development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market reach with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

  • This position includes a probation period of 3 months.
  • No PF or ESI is deduction will be made.
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers, distributors, bulk buyers, retailers, and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer needs in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules in line with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Collect client feedback to help improve products, services, and delivery processes.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for management review.
