Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Patna
Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with clients through calls and meetings, and supporting revenue growth. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to travel across India as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate business opportunities through client outreach, calls, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present relevant products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Support marketing, promotional, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up for deal closures.

Requirement
s:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with client calling and in-person interactions.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel across India.
