Role Description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving sales for Tent Studio. The role focuses on market visits, lead generation, sales target achievement, customer coordination, and competitor tracking. The position requires a proactive and customer-centric individual who can execute the company's sales process effectively and strengthen Tent Studio's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
a)Generate leads and promote the Tent Studio brand through consistent market visits.
b)Achieve sales targets (value, product & geography-wise) by following structured sales process(SPANCO) and route planning.
c)Maintain CRM records, update daily reports, and share timely MIS with management.
d)Collect market intelligence & competitor insights for product and sales strategy.
e)Build customer relationships and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
f)Support team learning and self-upgrade on product & sales practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate (preferred in Commerce/Management/Marketing).
13 years of field sales experience in Retail/B2B-B2C/FMCG/Consumer Durables/Home Appliances (Freshers with strong energy and communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi & English.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and data management.
Must be comfortable with extensive market visits and fieldwork.
Good knowledge of local markets (Bihar & Jharkhand).
