We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team at our Ahmedabad office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the internal teams to align business goals. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base and achieving growth benchmarks.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Strategy, and Proposal Writing
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
• Experience in identifying growth opportunities and building strategic partnerships
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or software development industry would be an added advantage
