Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, researching market trends, developing growth strategies, and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
